What a Merdeka day!!!

First of all,
Happy Merdeka Day to those who was Malaysian and those who are also happy for us, Malaysian.

Secondly, i have something to share with anyone who are reading my blog [ (T.T) i'm grateful].

Today is 31st August 2007, our beloved country 50th birthday, what a happy day it is for me as i'm having a great time with friends hanging around in MV until we break off as 2 teams for we are shopping for different stuffs. Few hours later, only to find out that 1 of my friend's mobile phone had been stolen. Are you thinking about: 1st case: put in sumwhere and forget to keep? 2nd case, dropped when keeping? NOPE, NEITHER OF IT. My friend's bag's pocket had been cut open and the phone is being taken. Here, i salute the criminal as he/she has this big courage to done it in front of so many people and yet he got away with it and i feeling sad for as Merdeka day is for us to celebrate Malaysia's birthday but there is minority people who also 'feel free' to do his/her unlawful act today.

Luckily this friend of mine, was very optimistic [at least he/she does not make a big fuss on the lost phone] . We whole bunch of people accompany this friend to the service provider centre to report stolen SIM card and get a new one for RM10. There goes RM10 for the cost of the stolen case. Next, this friend of mine wanted to buy a new phone straight away. [OMG!!! What a suprise....for some of us, we use so much time to research and research until we get a new phone happily ever after] . Oh ya...this friend of mine get a new phone straight away from MV and added another RM700 to the cost of the stolen phone[Wondering is it the salesman's charm who attracted the sale of the phone or really needed to bought it so fast, cause the salesman was quite we chinese said 'leng cai']. Make it Rm 710....[consider okay okay lah, his/her ex-being-stolen-phone not so expensive also] that was just the material cost, think of the time will be wasted to ask every single one of her friends to send their contacts. [ Whoever tried this before know the pain of it] . The suffer of the mentality is unpredictable.

Anyway, this friend of mine was really ' happy go lucky' type. Going back that time, i purposely ask them to be careful as maybe more CUTS are coming. The response was '又提起我的伤心事‘!while smiling that is....[maybe '伤心是不摆在脸上吧!']

NOTE: Becareful of your belongings at crowd public area during festive season.
Damned those who stole people things for own benefits. If you are ROBIN HOOD, i can still forgive you, but then law don't, so watch out your back when you do it again.

Penang Fire

It has been like long long time since i written yet another blog.

i was just finish reading a news about Penang tragedy which had taken a life of a 3 years old young girl.

It was very sad for me at the very least. The girl was being burned to death by a fire breakout in her grandparents house. During the fire, her grandfather was working, only her grandmother was around, her grandmother had tried her best to save both her and her elder 5 years old brother, but unfortunately, she was just able to save her brother. She was going to went back in for her but the fire was spreading too fast and the girl was been burnt during her peaceful sleep.

Her parents were working in another state, hence leaving their children to their grandparents.
This nevertheless cause a mental breakdown among the girl's family. Her grandfather nearly fainted upon realizing his granddaughter's death. Her grandmother was blaming herself for not able to save her. Her mother was crying and can't accept the fact that her daughter is dead. Her father was sad but taken the truth by saying 'if god wants her back, i can only accept the decision made.' Her brother was asking 'where is his sister?' when he wakes up in hospital although he realized that his sister is already dead.

This is yet another tragedy after the Taiping bus accident at the North-South Highway which took 20 lifes.

Although Malaysia is a natural-disaster free country, but careless, selfishness and irresponsibility can be our greatest 'disaster' ever.

Let's have a minute silence and pray for the dead so that they will pass on to the light.
